What kind of LED products do you sell?
We offer a range of high-quality LED lighting solutions, including LED strip lights, LED modules, power supplies, connectors, and accessories for the sign trade and professional installers.
Can I cut LED strip lights to size?
Yes! Our LED strips can be cut at clearly marked intervals. Just be sure to cut at the designated line to avoid damaging the circuit.
Are your LED products waterproof?
Many of our products come with IP-rated waterproofing (IP65 or higher). You'll find this clearly labelled in the product descriptions. If you’re installing outdoors or in damp areas, please make sure our IP65 rated (and above) will not be submersed in water. That is not good!
Do I need a transformer or power supply?
Yes — LED strips and modules require a compatible 12V or 24V power supply (Driver).
All our LEDs are 12v and the drivers we sell are also 12v making it easy for you…
Always check the voltage and wattage requirements if you are using your own drivers or LEDs and choose a power supply with an approximate 20% extra capacity to not over work the power supply.
How long do your LED lights last?
Our LED products are built to last — typically 30,000 to 50,000 hours, depending on usage and environment. That’s years of continuous light, energy efficiency, and low maintenance.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?
We sure do! If you're looking to order in large quantities, contact us for bulk discount information and supply times. We love supporting fellow pros.
How fast do you ship orders?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times vary based on your location, but UK customers can generally expect their package within 24 hours of dispatch and deliveries are made via DPD.
Do you ship internationally?
No Sorry, at the moment we are UK mainland only.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll get it sorted ASAP with a replacement or refund.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
